Sessions last for 50 minutes.

The first session is about getting to know you and what you want to achieve in therapy. In subsequent sessions, we will work towards your desired outcome using a range of evidence-based techniques.

The fee for a session is $220.

You may be eligible for a rebate of $92.90 per session from Medicare for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. To access these, please have a chat with your GP to arrange a Mental Health Care Plan.

You will only need a referral (a Mental Health Care Plan) if you are claiming a rebate from Medicare.

You may be able to claim a rebate from your private health fund. You will need to contact them directly for more information.

Fees are payable on the day of the session and payment is accepted by credit card. Please note that for new clients fees must be paid prior to their first session.

You will be emailed a link which you will need to click on at the time of your session. It will be a video call, almost the same as face-to-face, and it’s simple as that! If you prefer a telephone session, that’s possible too.
